TERRY R. SUTTON
Founding Attorney and Former Prosecutor
Don’t let Terry Sutton’s office walls covered in Chicago Bears memorabilia fool you, Terry lives, breathes, and dies everything, Casa Grande. Born and raised in Casa Grande, Arizona, his passion for Arizona and dedication to his clients is truly unmatched. His courtroom cleverness sets him apart from other litigation attorneys. He believes the strength of Sutton Law’s attorneys comes from its close-knit and talented personnel that only a small-sized firm can offer. Terry does not rely on ridiculous commercials, corny gimmicks, slogans, aggressive marketing, or fake promises. Rather, his track record of success speaks for him.
Initial Consultation
Potential clients’ initial main concerns are with choosing the right person with whom to trust the details of their situation. At the initial consultation, he will not judge you or your situation, he is dedicated to treating all his clients without bias and with dignity. Terry will sit down and discuss the details as well as your goals and desires for the case. He will explain how the Arizona law affects your case, answer any questions you may have, and explain what to expect. Equipped with that information, Terry then crafts a defense strategy tailored to that clients’ unique situation.
Background
After graduating from Casa Grande Union High School in 1992, Terry enlisted in the United States Army and served until 1996.
